Lost coin, the coin odd – A Super Bible School activity for primary children

I do not think there is a person anywhere on earth that has not lost something at one time or another. The loss of someone or something really important can be especially horrible and stressful. Luke 2:14 says: "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost. "Each of us must be very important to God when He sent His Son to this world to meet. And, in fact us. He loves us more than you can imagine. Luke 2:14 is an important verse from the Bible to their children memorize and here is a fun Bible school based on the parable of the lost coin. It's called "lost coin, odd coin and is based on the old classic" Odd Bean.

This is what you do:

For this activity you need a bag of 10 cents for each player. The bag should be dark so that the coins can not be seen. Now you're ready to play this activity.

Now, say the following:

The parable of the lost coin is about a woman who has lost 10 major currencies. Some experts say that these coins have been part of her wedding dowry. O compared with today, it would be like if he had lost his wedding ring. Let's read the story of this parable together. (In this point, the share of the parable found in Luke 15:8-10 or another version that know and trust.) Wow! Have you seen how the woman was diligent in seeking their currencies lost? It is a perfect picture of the severity of God is the time to look for those lost in this world and trapped in sin. Luke 2:14 says: "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost. "This is our memory verse today and we'll learn to play" lost coin, the coin odd. "

At this point, that all children sit in a circle. Each player gets a bag full of money. The first player hides a series of coins into a fist and asks the next player "Odd or evens?" If the next player guesses correctly if the fist is even or odd number of coins, he or collecting coins from the first player. But Before doing so, we must say Luke 2:14 correctly. Doing so will earn 50 points. If the assumption is incorrect, the second player must forfeit the same number of coins for the first player. The second player then places a series of coins in his hand. He or she becomes the third player and asks, "even or odd?" and the game continues around the circle. If a player loses all his coins, which can recover a bag of coins replacing Luke 2:14 saying, and may re-enter then the game. The player who says the verse again, is the winner.
